  • I have an invitation to take a survey and can't access... What should I do?
    Having trouble connecting to our on line survey? Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your feedback regarding our survey coupon that prints randomly on our receipts.
    In an effort to continue to be supplied with a random sampling of responses and feedback from a wide array of guests, we have initiated certain parameters to the survey. If you refer back to your receipt towards the top of the boxed area it says: "TELL US ABOUT YOUR DINING EXPERIENCE" there is a separate website address listed at which to take the survey. The survey is NOT on our regular website. The correct website is www.myOCharleysexperience.com. You must enter that web address directly into your browser. It will not take you to the correct page if you enter the address into Google or Bing or any other search engine.
    As stated on the receipt, your serial number may only be used one time and you must take the survey within 3 days of your visit. If you fail to take the survey within the 3 day period after your visit, your serial number becomes invalid. Each guest who receives a survey is allowed to participate only once a month. Once you complete the survey, you will be given a 5 digit validation code to write in the space provided on your receipt, thus turning your receipt into your coupon. Still have questions?     At O'Charley's we are committed to supporting the communities we serve. We are proud to be partnered with several organizations benefiting the fight against hunger, children, health/welfare, diversity and education/arts. Because of our extensive involvement, all requests must be submitted in writing and meet our community giving policy

    If you would like O'Charley's to consider donating to your organization or program, and your request meets our company's community giving policy, please mail your written request with all of your contact information to your local O'Charley's, at least 8 weeks in advance

  • How do I get my favorite recipe?
    Due to legal binding agreements, we are unable to disclose any proprietary information regarding our recipes and ingredients.   • Why did my favorite entrée disappear from the menu?
    We are constantly listening to what our guests tell us they like and are adding new choices and unique flavors to satisfy our guests cravings for something new and delicious. Sometimes when we add new favorites we take away an item or two to make room for the next new tasty opportunity.   • What is Pablano Chowder?
    We get this a lot. Poblano is a type of mild pepper used in lots of Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes. The Poblano Chowder is simply a chowder made using Poblano peppers. Give it a try or one of other great soups or salads www.ocharleys.com/menu#salads
  • Do you have any items safe for someone with a nut allergy?
    If you have very severe allergies, the possibility of cross contamination in our kitchen is definitely present. We have numerous menu items that include nuts in their preparation. In addition to those, all of our pies are prepared at a facility that makes many different pies, some which include nuts and tree nuts. The fact that those items are a staple in our kitchen would increase the possibility of cross contamination. The likelihood of a problem would depend on the severity of your allergies.
